Reducing Concours 1400 Gen-1 rider heat by sealing gaps in the fairing air-management system and redirecting hot radiator airflow.
I address rider heat coming through the side panels of the Concours 1400 Gen-1 by identifying gaps in the factory air-management foam. I show where hot radiator air can bypass the intended ducting and how I add foam to block those paths and direct more heat out through the fairing vents. I also share practical tips for locating the openings and fitting the added material around the engine and fairing structure.
