2010 upper and side fairing removal with revised tabs, rivets, trim panels, battery cover, and heat-management air dams.
I begin removing the revised upper and side fairing panels on the 2010 Concours 1400 and explain how the bodywork differs from the 2008–2009 bikes. I cover the glove-box cover, instrument trim, windshield-area rivet, battery cover, side-panel fasteners, hidden lower rivets, and the interlocking tabs that make the newer panels tighter to remove. I also point out the revised foam and rubber air dams used for heat management.
